The CopRice Cobden Spring Festival Committee values the sponsorship
provided by a number of companies and provides the following
Sponsorship Guarantee to all cash and in-kind sponsors. • We will ensure that all printed material produced for the Festival, including the Festival Program, acknowledges all relevant sponsors.
• The Festival website - www.cobdenspringfestival.com.au - will include the names and logos of all sponsors.
• We will ensure that all radio advertising for the Festival acknowledges our sponsors, and names our sponsors on a regular basis. Not all sponsors will be mentioned in every radio advertisement, but all sponsors will be mentioned in the whole suite of advertisements put to air.
• We will display, wherever practicable, advertising signage or banners provided by sponsors for a particular activity.
• We will ensure that all sponsors receive regular acknowledgement during both the Saturday and Sunday activities by way of public address announcements.
• We will provide all sponsors with a ticket or tickets (depending on the level of sponsorship provided) for the "Big Night Out" event for use as they see fit.
• Every sponsor of an activity which involves presentation of a trophy or a prize will be asked to make a representative available for the presentation.
